Day 251 - Thursday July 21, 2016

Today, two of my favorite detectives got promoted to Sergeant.  Denae, whom I've worked with plenty over the years will be working late-night shifts where I live, and Joel, a funny as hell guy, will also be working midnights. Congrats to both, and above all, be safe!  

Even though I brought my camera to work today, I decided to take some pics with my new cell phone.  A motorola 4g, which I gladly bought for cash so I no longer have to be a slave to a monthly rent payment on a phone.  Better yet, it was $160!  All I need!  Takes way better pics than the samsuck too.  Good riddance, Samsuck.

Considering the light in the room, the auto mode on this camera satisfied me to take pics from the back of the room. I'm going to dive in to the settings on it and see what she can do in the next few days.
