Day 89 - Sunday February 7, 2016

Day 89--Sunday February 7, 2016

Today we had a photo shoot with Scott Rust, at 0800, choosing the Naval Live Oaks bayside as the spot. IT WAS COLD, with strong winds out of the north.  Right on the bay was extremely chilly with what felt like 37 degrees.  Further inland, it was much warmer, with the Oaks and Cypress trees cutting the wind out a little bit.

Rusty took multiple pics of all of us using the massive Mamiya RB67, a Polaroid 195, his trusty 35mm Pentax Super program and his digital camera.  He also showed us an amazing spot amongst the pecky cypress stumps on the water.  The fallen trees that still had roots in the ground and were able to be stood upon.  It ended up being a shoot that took about a hour, but we all had a lot of fun.  I didn't take any pics today; even though I brought my full kit with tripod, it was just too chilly to take any after standing on the waterline and by the trees.  I can't wait to see how they turned out, but here are a couple that he took of us with the digital and the Polaroid 195, and if these are anything like what we'll be getting, I'll be more than happy to see the final products!
