Day 91 - Tuesday February 9, 2016
I took the day off today in order to find out about how the MRI's went on Avery's knees. It appears we're going to have an exploratory scope done on them on Friday February 29. Was never able to log into the computer because it was 'change password day' so I just took the whole day off in order to run errands. The first thing I did was take the Kia over to get the oil changed and the fluids topped on the 15k mile service.
Ever since we bought our Garmin fitbit thingys, I have been keeping track of my intake of nutrition, and also my steps per day. I can't go under 7500 a day, which means....walking...decent trips and miles of walking. Today, jen and I walked at sunset and I was able to get a pic of the cacti that always catch my eye. These cacti were 'thrown away' by someone in the neighborhood, but rooted, and are now thriving on our vacant wooded lot on our street. I liked the way they turned out. All were taken using my Canon 10-18mm at f8
