Day 200 - Sunday May 29, 2016
After getting in last night to the hotel at 0230 and staying up until close to 3AM, waking back up at about 5:30 with bowel trauma, we decided to hang out at home today. We always get our asses kicked by late night shows. The nine beers we each drank yesterday caught up with me too. We left Mobile at about 0815 hours to get home.
Got home, took nap until noon to get over the remnants of my hangover from the show.
Went to the beach around 2 with amber and Joe to hopefully get the boards in the water. No dice there. Heavy wind out of the west and choppy water had us keeping our boards on the vehicles.
Then the clouds rolled in, as they usually do in May and summer months, with rain behind them. Here was the only photo I took today. The wide angle at about 17mm with amber and the storm cloud looming.
Other than that, it was dinner, a Krampus movie, then the blog and off to bed. Not the most interesting day, but a well deserved relaxation day!
