I could not help but stop on the way to work to take pics of the amazing cloud formations over Garcon Point this morning. First, with my new cell phone (auto--in know..meh), then with the 24mm. I always get to see the best sunrises on the way in on my commute in the AM.

Later, after we got home, we decided to go to Gallery night, as there area only a few of these nights left (allegedly), supposedly ending in Septemer. We enjoyed a few exhibits, especially the light reflections at PMA, then hit our favorite gallery Marty Campbell Gallery. As badly as we wanted to buy a RAFI, it was not the time. Really liked a mermaid painting that Jen liked for our daughters room. Might happen soon as one of Jen's goals is to get them that for Christmas, something that they might appreciate someday.
Not long later, on our way out, we met up with our friends whom we hadn't seen in at least a month, and had a couple of beers and caught up. Turned out to be a great night.
