Day 287

I had an opportunity to stop by the old B&B Petro gas station while there were no semi-truck trailers parked there.  Finally, I've been waiting for this moment to take a picture using my Minolta X700.  Sunny day, high shadows, high contrast, and......wait for it....batteries were TOAST--AGAIN.  Man, y'all--don't leave this camera on.  It will eat your batteries like candy.

Luckily I had my trust 24mm Canon with me.  Was able to snap a few with an empty parking lot to show the business #urbex that was one of the multiple gas stations that closed after the hurricane.

I used the NIK Silver Program to attain the grain and image i wanted using an Ilford HP4 ISO 50 filter.  It's a pretty cool program for free.  Very cool stuff on there. Thanks Google.
