Day 296
It rained all day yesterday, and with it, came no creative atmosphere for me.
Today we got a break in the rain and I was able to get Jen ready for a quicky rain shoot between raindrops late this afternoon. At the last minute, Joe and Amber tagged along with us. Guess they had cabin fever too. I wanted folks to wear funky clothing and was running out of light (which was ok b/c I wanted to work with flash too).
I used the 24mm and the wide angle a LOT tonight. Tried some LONG exposures with Amber, but I knew that even she, a yoga master couldn't hold a 20s pose without moving. A lot of the pics turned out really nice with the cloudy background. Got some flash pics of rain falling too, so I called the evening (or the 45 minutes were were at NLO) a success. It was a fun time. Looking forward to less rain, but at least we were able to get out a bit.
