When there is a drop in temps, I get my cooking game one. It was gumbo-thirty today as I worked from home. Prepped as soon as I got off and showed off the goods to Jen, who was salivating at the thought at warming up with some Chicken Andouille Shrimp gumbo. I learned to cook rice too.
