Day 343
Had the joy of seeing Josh Ritter for the first time tonight, along with seeing Jason Isbell for about the sixth time. I remember seeing Jason Isbell with about 50 people at a local restaurant before anyone ever heard of him. THOSE were the best concerts! I guess this one will probably by my last for him for some time as we SAT at the Saenger about 15 rows back with elderly folk who covered their ears the whole time. I love Jason Isbell, and I always will. It was a hell of a show at the Saenger in Mobile, just not my thing with 2000 other people. And I was sitting. UGH. I even had security tell me to put my cell phone camera down (which was probably a good thing) when I tried to snap a pic. I did that, but had to get this one later--couldn't resist the light (like a moth)! I'll give props to a great show, though. We drove over with Joe and Amber and left directly after to get home. Didn't feel like hanging around after, tonight. Getting to be later than 1AM usually ruins me for the next day's activities, and I had some concrete to start on!
I really like my cell phone camera--MUCH better than my samsuck. This one went to instagram.
